Shipping and Delivery Policy

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.  

Shipping Locations  

We currently deliver to all pin codes within India. At this time, we do not provide international shipping.  

Processing Time  

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of order confirmation.  

Once your order has been processed, a confirmation email with all relevant details will be sent to you.  

Delivery Timeline  

Standard shipping generally takes 3–8 business days, ensuring your latest accessory selections reach you promptly.  

Failed Delivery Attempts  

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, it will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may then request a re-delivery.  

Damaged or Lost Shipments  

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide photographic evidence.  

In the event that a shipment is lost during transit, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund once the matter has been verified with the courier partner.
