Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes your choices may change, and you may wish to cancel an order. Below is our cancellation policy to guide you through the process: 

Order Cancellation Before Shipment 

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever comes first. 
     
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email. 
     
  • If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. 
     

Orders Already Shipped 

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. 

Order Modification 

  • At present, we do not allow modifications to items or addresses once an order has been placed. You will need to cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one.
