By making a purchase on our site, you agree to the terms outlined below regarding returns and refunds. If your order needs to be returned, our policy ensures clear and simple guidelines for your convenience.  

Eligibility for Returns  

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.   
     
  • Tags, labels, and boxes must be included in their original form.   
     
  • Products that have been worn, cleaned, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.   
     
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within this timeframe .   
     
  • Items not meeting these requirements will not be accepted.   
     

How to Initiate a Return  

  • Step 1: Submit a Request  –  Email your return request with your Order ID and reason for return to techtrendyinnovationpvtltd8@gmail.com.   
     
  • Step 2: Provide Supporting Photos If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, attach clear photos showing the issue for quicker processing.   
     
  • Step 3: Follow the Return Instructions –  Once your request is approved, we will share the return process details with you.   
     

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our guidelines.  

Refund Process & Timeline   

After receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. You will be notified whether your refund is approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed.  

Partial Refund Guidelines   

If an item partially meets the return criteria (e.g., minor damage or missing packaging), we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.  

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product   

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Share clear photos or videos of the issue via email so we can resolve the matter quickly.
